An Arkansas Company’s CEO retained our services after he became suspicious of the activities of one of his employees.

During the course of our investigation, we were able to determine that two of our client’s employees, along with non-employees, had committed fraud against our client’s company. The fraud involved more than two million dollars.

Through our investigation, we were able to recover $600,000 of our client’s assets. The information uncovered during our investigation was turned over to Federal Law Enforcement Authorities. The individuals involved in the fraud were later arrested and prosecuted.

Based on information obtained during our investigation, the client successfully sued those involved.
