An individual who had been charged and convicted of a crime retained our services.

We developed new evidence that showed that our client was not the person involved in that crime. The new evidence convinced a Judge to overturn the client’s conviction (a rare occurrence in Arkansas courts).

The person responsible for the crime was identified and admitted to his involvement in the crime.

Our client, who was facing a ten-year sentence, went free.
