YOU DESERVE THE TRUTH
Mr. Preston Robinson, CEO of Triangle Engineering of Arkansas Inc. received information that some of the commercial fans that his company manufactures and distributes to vendors were being sold at a garage in Hot Springs, Arkansas. They were being sold at a price that was less than his vendors could purchase the same fans from Triangle Engineering at a wholesale price.
Mr. Robinson, while on a trip to Dallas, contacted Private Snoop Investigations by cell phone and explained to our investigator what he had learned and asked that we investigate how the fans ended up at the garage in Hot Springs, who was responsible for the theft of the fans from his manufacturing warehouse and any other information the investigator could determine.
Private Snoop Investigations immediately started an investigation for Mr. Robinson in an effort to answer his questions.
Our Investigators traveled to the garage in Hot Springs and visited with the owner. It was learned that a local trucking company driver had brought the fans to the garage and that the fans were purchased from the truck driver. The garage owner provided the investigator with the name of the trucking company and the name of the driver who sold him the “Triangle Engineering” fans.
Our Investigator then contacted the trucking company driver and asked that he explain how he came to be in possession of the Triangle Engineering fans. The driver reluctantly cooperated with our investigators and told them that he made routine calls to pick up fans at Triangle Engineering’s Jacksonville Warehouse and would deliver them to their vendors throughout the state of Arkansas. The truck driver said that he was approached by an employee of Triangle Engineering who told him that he could make extra money by taking delivery of more fans than were on the bill of lading. He could sell the fans to his friends and split the money received, from the sell of the fans, with the employee of Triangle Engineering.
The Truck driver agreed to the deal and he and the employee completed numerous transactions He told our investigator’s that he had sold about fifty fans to individuals and small businesses. He gave investigators the name of his partner who working for Triangle Engineering.
The information gathered by our investigators was turned over to our client, Mr. Robinson, who then notified local Law Enforcement. As a result of our investigation, the Triangle Engineering employee involved in the thefts was fired immediately and was later arrested for theft of property.
Mr. Robinson was so pleased with the speed and thoroughness of our investigation that he has used our services on additional areas of concern to him. We are now a part of his team.
